Back In Action Is Still Holding Steady Once again, Back in Action dominated on Netflix last week. The Jamie Foxx and Cameron Diaz-starring film topped the English films list and was the most-watched title on the platform for the third consecutive week, bringing in another 18.4M views. Back in Action has amassed just over 111M views, which positions it quite nicely to make its way onto the all-time most popular list. It’ll need another 25M views to best The Mother‘s 136M views, but that seems fairly likely with more than 70 days to do so. Credit: Deadline
You know that's a good point, she definitely has a thing for the brothers in this movie, didn't even think about that.
Just rewatched In the Mix (2005) and recommend it. Passionate kissing (numerous times) intimate love scene, very attractive woman (Emmanuelle Chriqui). He's an object of desire for women throughout the movie and the black woman (K. D. Aubert) competing for him is also very hot. This is what I want from an interracial movie. Attractive women, passionate love scenes, lots of kissing. Black men being the focus of desire. White men get this all the time and we deserve the same.
Just saw the movie Love Hurts in theaters. Stars Ke Huy Quan as the lead and has pretty solid action scenes, the story is a mess but it's just there as an excuse to get to the next fight scene. Ke and Ariana DeBose have no chemistry, Ariana just seems way out of her element in a film like this. HOWEVER there is a side couple in the movie that has a nice subplot that had my audience cheering, laughing and clapping for them and it involves a Black man and a White Woman. Spoiler So there are two characters the assistant to Quan's real estate cover persona named Ashley played by Lio Tipton and an assassin who uses blades and throwing knives named The Raven played by Mustafa Shakir. The women in my audience were clearly swooning for this guy. The Raven is a deadly killer but he has a softer side as expressed by a book of poetry he carries around. Ashley comes across this book and falls in love with his words then falls madly in love with him. Furthermore the movie makes a point to tell us that Ashley is depressed and cynical due to her lack of a love life and thus The Raven awakens something in her she thought was never there. The movie depicts him as the most dangerous of the assassins and his relationship with Ashley is treated very nicely and they have some nice romantic moments throughout the film, honestly they are the best romance in the film and it was cool to see that so unexpectedly. If you're not a fan of martial arts films you probably won't be a fan of this movie, but it is definitely a fun watch. And it's from the same studio that did the John Wick films and more recently The Fall Guy and Violent Night
Reference to a movie called Bridget Jones: Mad about the boy Spoiler Basically there was a triangle and the Black man got the girl
And Bridget Jones is a classic rom-com franchise and this was the last one. So that brother is her ultimate happily ever after.
