People often say I'm looking forward to get into a good relationship. So what is a good relationship?
I think it is one where you both just...understand each other. I have no idea how to explain that any better. But I think I'd also add that she would be someone you look at or think about and go "damn, she really is the best." That's me in my current relationship, anyway. I don't know if she feels the same way about me though lol.
Common values, common goals, attraction, commitment, understanding, shared interests (or willingness to find some)
‘Good’ nah nah nah we need ‘Great’, good is for the birds. 1 - Chemistry - vital to longevity 2 - Communication is key, conversation has to flow and be interesting - equally vital to longevity 3 - Honesty and openness 4 - Common interests 5 - Respect, patience, compassion and understanding 6 - Mutual sexual appetite and style
Chemistry Shared interests, values, goals Trust Happy in each others presence Understanding Communication Respect
In my opinion: 1. Honesty and Trust 2. Making each other the best version of themselves 3. Sex and physical attraction 4. Communication and Support 5. A good sense of Humor W one another In no specific order the above make for a good relationship.
Honesty, respect, mutual attraction. If it's not that as a basis then I don't think it can be a good relationship. Other things on top (shared interests etc) can increase that but I think if you don't have the first three it's not likely to be fulfilling.
I think that #2 is really an underrated quality. Having someone who inspires you to be a better you (more studious, focused, kind, hardworking, etc) is invaluable.
