    I live in a small city in Georgia in a mostly Black part of the city and most of the WW I see have a homely small town look and are mostly conservative minded.

    I was gonna say that'd be your best bet. Otherwise get in early and book your ticket to The Redhead Days Festival in Tilburg, The Netherlands from 29th to 31st August this year lol. I intend to go one day lol would be so weird.
