The Avengers as a Voltron team is an idea I can’t believe nobody has thought of before. Does this count as Storm’s MCU debut? Also, I’m pretty sure that’s the same voice actress from the X-Men 97.

Yes it is in fact voice actress Alison Sealy-Smith who provides the voice of Storm from X-Men 97.

I've been operating under the assumption since it's debut that the X-Men '97 universe is MCU canon by way of being a Multiverse variant timeline/reality.

Mass Effect TV Series in the Works

Amazon MGM Studios will adapt the Mass Effect video game for a TV series, according to an exclusive story from Variety.

The first Mass Effect game launched to rave reviews in 2007. Since then, there have been three more games in the main series, with Mass Effect: Andromeda debuting in 2017. There have also been multiple mobile games in the franchise, as well as an animated film, novels, comic books, and other media.

The story of the first three games revolves around Commander Shepard, a human soldier in the 22nd century trying to save humanity from a race of aliens known as the Reapers. Andromeda moved the games much further into the future with a new protagonist, with a fifth game also in the works. The franchise was developed by BioWare and is now published by EA.

Please let them get showrunners who understand the IP they are adapting. If we get a bunch of morons like the people put in charge of the Halo TV Show, this adaptation is doomed. Having said that, amazon has a relatively good record with adaptations, so I'm hopeful.

If I were to give them a bit of advice, I'd steer away from creating a live-action Commander Shepard. That character is unique to each player, so no matter how he/she is adapted to the show, it's going to disappoint people.

I love how they've incorporated Gal Gadot's features into the new depictions of Wonder Woman. She is a beautiful woman.

Dune: Prophecy’ Premiere Audience Grows 75% With Next-Day Viewing

Dune: Prophecy is off to a strong start. The premiere episode, according to Warner Bros. Discovery, tallied 1.2M cross-platform U.S. viewers on Sunday.

The company says the episode grew another 75% in the day after it debuted, bringing the total audience to 2.1M viewers thus far.

That’s a pretty solid start for the prequel series, nearly on par with the premiere of The Penguin‘s audience of 1.4M. Dune: Prophecy took over the Sunday slot from the DC series, which continued to grow its same-day audience until the finale. HBO now says The Penguin premiere has tallied 18M U.S. viewers.

This bodes well for Dune: Prophecy, likely indicating that the audience for this series will grow too. In the streaming era, same-day viewership is less indicative of the appetite for titles, as audiences tend to watch on their terms throughout the week. As more data becomes available, a better picture of Dune: Prophecy‘s performance will begin to form.

Dune: Prophecy takes place long before the characters in Denis Villeneuve’s films fight for control of the galaxy. Co-produced with Legendary Television, the series follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind – and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit.

Ten thousand years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Valya and Tula Harkonnen (Emily Watson and Olivia Williams) are devoted to the Sisterhood, whose influence spans the Imperium through its network of Truthsayers. But while Valya believes the key to protecting the Sisterhood is advancing their power to the Imperial Throne, others within the order fear her ambitions are dangerous. It is inspired by the novel Sisterhood of Dune by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson.
