Hope this isn’t true. I would hope Johnson isn’t that egotistical.

I seriously doubt it sense they have the same agent and Rock has clearly been pushing to have Cavill back as Supes.

War of the Worlds (EPIX 2022 Series) Season 3- Official Trailer

In the first season of War of the Worlds, an alien attack all but wiped out mankind, with just a handful of humans fighting to survive.
And no one felt more rocked by the invasion than Emily (Daisy Edgar-Jones), who discovered she may have her own strange personal connection to the aliens.

Just turned on these two Netflix series "First Kiss" and "The Sandman" and my gaydar went off within seconds of seeing the first Black man on each of them. So what do you know . . . Netflix is up to their usual propaganda again. Both series look so promising too . . . but damn what these scurvy bastards at Netflix did to Lucas & Max is just something I cannot put aside as I promise you that those gay black guys will have better romantic storyline development than Lucas Sinclair has had with Max Mayfield in over two full seasons on "Stranger Things" (SMDH).

I’m putting this out there: now that Patrick Stewart is retiring from the role, Professor X should be played by an actual wheelchair bound actor. There are no other superhero characters that a wheelchair bound actor could realistically play. So, this role should go to an actor with that disability.

Black Panther was played by a black man. She-Hulk is played by a woman. Shang-Chi is played by a Chinese actor. So, there is no reason why Professor X isn’t played by a wheelchair bound actor.

Either representation matters or it doesn’t.

That depends on which version they go with once they introduce him in the MCU proper. If they go with the classic version then "Yes" do what they did with the Echo character (deaf character/deaf actress) and cast an actual wheelchair bound actor for the role. If they decide to do the current Age of X/Krakoa version then all bets are off unless they do some sort of amalgamation of the two.

That would be nice. Unfortunately Hollywood doesn’t really care about representation unless there’s some political agenda group pressuring them into it.

I don’t know if this has been touched on, here. But the new Dr. Who is a black man. And, of course, he’s openly gay. Now, how that extends to the character remains to be seen.

Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power Release Schedule

Amazon’s Prime Video will debut the first two episodes of “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power” on the show’s Sept. 2 (Sept. 1, depending on your time zone) premiere date, switching to a one-episode-per-week release for the remaining six episodes, the streamer confirmed Tuesday.

Beginning at 6 p.m. PT and 9 p.m. ET on Sept. 1 and 2 a.m. on Sept. 2 in the UK, in addition to corresponding times for more than 200 other countries and territories, the first two episodes of “The Rings of Power” will be available for streaming on Prime Video. In the weeks that follow, episodes will launch at 9 p.m. PT on Thursdays/12 a.m. ET on Fridays, following that same timing strategy globally so the episodes release for all customers simultaneously.

In making the choice to not have a 100% weekly release plan, “The Rings of Power” will avoid a major finale showdown with HBO’s “House of the Dragon,” which will premiere its 10-episode first season Sunday.
