White women that love black men, but are not "woke"

I don't really know how things go in the US but from an outside perspective these things look like way out of proportion and the result of people not having enough problems in their lives so they have the need to create some.
So I guess I fit the "love black men but are not woke".
To me that "white privilege" is bullshit. Why ? Because it kinda seems logical that things, somewhere, are made to suit the most people possible so they suit the majority. So when the majority of people in some country are white, then...
Do you think there is "white privilege" in countries such as Togo, China, Japan ?
When asian make movies, they do not give a shit about having different kind of people.

Yet again, I like seeing interracial couples in shows or movies, but I don't NEED so see it every single time.

And you are saying in essence it’s okay to discriminate against minorities because after all they are minorities, right? You might change your mind about that when you give birth to your brown baby (I remember you said you were pregnant).

China hates black people, stop it.

Just look at the Chinese posters for Black Panther and Star Wars vs the US versions.

    White privilege is very real.

Obviously white privilege isn't just an issue in the United States. Your post reeks of white privilege. Your privileged point of view is why you think it's "logical" to disrespect and dismiss the discrimination, hardships, and abuses of those who aren't white, when not being white is the very reason they are treated the way they are. The true "bullshit" is your level of ignorance, and you're apparently not open to educating yourself. Your disregard and disrespect for the unprivileged by putting the onus on them is shameful, offensive, and disgusting, especially coming from someone who is supposedly interested in Black Men. Will you still be denying its existence when the child you claim to be carrying is discriminated against for his/her lack of whiteness, or will you blame it on the child like you do everyone else?

Your post in this thread doesn't surprise me though. It's not the first time you've posted questionable comments on the site.

I recall threads where some members were gushing over how European women were somehow better or more “cool” than American women. It was implied that American women were just drama and did not understand.

I think you either don’t understand what „white privilege“ means or you just enjoying too much. In any case, based on all your posts I gather you see black men as your sexual play things with very little interest and understanding beyond that. Maybe start using contraception else you’ll end up with 5 kids from 5 different baby daddies and your white life will be highly endangered. Talkless of STIs...

I think white privilege is very real, whether a person acknowledges it or not. Most of the planet’s societies have been (or continue to be) dominated by European countries, which in this context includes the US. Europeans are accorded greater worth in cultural, economic and political terms than even native populations in their own nations. Part of the very essence of this privilege is that it persists whether it is admitted to or not. Observe carefully the way you are treated compared with your significant other or child in the future. To contradict your hypothesis about this being a phenomenon due to a given country’s majority population, how does that explain the treatment of whites in Asian countries where they are in the minority, yet enjoy elevated status against the domestic indigenous populations?

I honestly think the only privilege white people have is the privilege of their delusions. Yes people who look like them are over represented but at what cost. European dominance is ruining the world. What privilege is there to be in first class on the titanic?

I was somewhat knowledgeable of privilege pretty early on, though I wasn’t totally conscious of it. In Montana, my only experience of diversity was Native American friends who were told to go back to “the Rez” far too many times than I can count. And then in college, still in the state of Montana, dating black men was equally eye/heart opening. In my heart, I knew “the treatment” was wrong but I was somehow unaware of my inherent privilege. Hindsight has helped me to see the codified nature of it all. It hurt my heart then and saddens me now. Speaking now to those I know from those days, black men and Native American friends, has helped me listen with more than sadness and has helped my eyes see more clearly and adjust my perspective.

    my very small 2 cents.
