"Tiger Woods was in a single-car accident this morning in California where he suffered multiple leg injuries. He is currently in surgery and we thank you for your privacy and support."
That's rough! So lucky to come out of that alive. But those injuries could potentially be career ending.
I certainly hope that he has the proper support around him to help him deal with rehabilitation and recovery. Whether he's able to play again is anyone's guess however his quality of life and his ability to be a dad is most important right now. I feel bad for him in part because I'm a fan and he's the main reason that I ever got into golf. Watching Tiger Woods compete on the back-9 at Augusta on Sunday afternoon for the Masters was must-see television for sure.
Ever since his dad died it's been one thing after another. This isn't the way to go out. I wish the brother well.
Poor guy. Just goes to show that while money certainly helps, it doesn’t ensure a problem free life. I wish him a speedy recovery.
