Tiger Woods was hospitalized after being involved in a single-car accident in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning. The extent of any potential injuries, as well as the circumstances of the accident, remain unclear.

Woods, 45, was in California for a two-day content shoot with Golf Digest/GOLFTV after serving as host for the PGA Tour's Genesis Invitational over the weekend.

That's rough! So lucky to come out of that alive. But those injuries could potentially be career ending.

I certainly hope that he has the proper support around him to help him deal with rehabilitation and recovery. Whether he's able to play again is anyone's guess however his quality of life and his ability to be a dad is most important right now.

I feel bad for him in part because I'm a fan and he's the main reason that I ever got into golf. Watching Tiger Woods compete on the back-9 at Augusta on Sunday afternoon for the Masters was must-see television for sure.

So sad. Those pictures were awful. He’s so blessed to be alive. Truly.

Ever since his dad died it's been one thing after another. This isn't the way to go out. I wish the brother well.

Poor guy. Just goes to show that while money certainly helps, it doesn’t ensure a problem free life. I wish him a speedy recovery.
