Sorry to hear that. I hope it doesn't get too bad and you make a full recovery.

Thanks for the support guys, my whole family contracted it after we gathered for christmas, we all responded differently.
Mother the first and worst but recovering, then Dad the same symptoms, two siblings no symptoms, while one sister and I are ill.

I have flu-like symptoms but bearable.
I'll be going back to my own place in 2 days and just quarantine for 2 weeks.

Why do you expect infallibility from your physicians?? Doctors are trying to figure out this disease and how to combat it while the disease itself is mutating.

IMO there's no more difficult job than trying to figure out a new infectious disease in real time.
Dr. Fauci is trying to SAVE lives. Stop making this political.

A few days ago, I was at this place where certain types of people meet up, and someone tested positive of covid. So I took the test yesterday & when Igot back to the house, 10 mins later they called back & said I was Negative. I'm so relieved. No more being a couch potato for me, I'm going to be doing things like for starters I'm not going to be scared around women (asking them out for a date)

It may be too early to test positive. I believe the guideline is to still quarantine for 7-14 days. Unless well you are trying to expose other people.

Jordan is right; it may be too soon to know for sure. The quick result tests aren't as reliable as the ones that take a few days to come back. A friend of mine did both the same day. The quick one came back negative, but the other one came back a few days later as positive. The day after the negative result she went back to work and potentially exposed the rest of her coworkers. They had to shut the entire place down since everyone had to go into quarantine. Your safest & smartest bet is to quarantine yourself.

She forgot to mention that in Germany there are also regular demonstrations against Corona regulations and restrictions but it’s a minority. The US is definitely on a whole different Level with the nay-saying, of course enabled by the orange guy.
