I completely understand it. I wasn't a Trump fan in 2016. I wasn't thrilled he won the nomination. I was hoping for another one to win it.

I went in to the voting booth determined to vote for Jill Stein. Once I got there, my finger hovered over her name, but I just couldn't do it. Literally the biggest anti-Hillary statement I could make in my blue state of IL was to cancel out one of her votes with the most powerful option: Trump. So, I held my nose and voted for him.

Then I sat back and gave him a year to see how he did, to determine whether or not I made the correct choice.

I KNOW there were many people who HATED Trump, but can you honestly believe the people who hated him in 2016 grew by 13M in 2020? No. For as many Trump voters he turned away from him, there were that many Hillary voters who turned away from the Democratic Party. Which is why I don't believe Trump gained 11M more votes than 2016. Those numbers just don't add up.

And Biden pulled a Hillary and kept pretty silent, especially leading right up to the election and that behavior gave him 13M more votes and blew away Obama's votes? Hell no. I just don't buy the counts on either side.

And just as many "Vote" commercials, Facebook ads, and other social media ads were as prominent this year as they were in 2016. Nothing adds up for me about this election.

 

The only logic that I could come up with for those individuals who are still campaigning for their benevolent leader (who lost the election by the way), is that the world's oldest profession is obviously pimping. These trump loyalists will strut and stay out on the track for daddy as long as he wants them to or perhaps even longer.

They really don't want to feel the wrath of his "pimp hand" so they fall in line and bow their heads accordingly. They wouldn't want to get broken down by daddy for reckless eye-balling now would they?

They've been drinking the kool-aid for over 4 years and they can't get enough of it, they want more. It's almost svengali in a way because any of them would gladly volunteer themselves if he offered to shoot one of them in the face on 5th avenue.

 

Because more people voted. Trump got more votes than he did last time too. So an increase in voters overall means each side gets more votes than before.

We are in a global pandemic people lost people they loved lost jobs lost businesses. It is very rationale and historically aligned for people to blame the person they believe was in charge during bad shit that happened to them. Then on top of that there are millions of people unbelievable amount of violence and terrorist ideology by some Trump supporters. Stop for a single second and think about it. You say you like dating black men have been deeply intimate with black men do you even see what's happening to so many of us? Horrible shit happening to ourselves and our families and our leader is heavily supported by those people. Whether it feels like an existential threat to you you have to acknowledge it is to us. Millions of black and brown people are communicating through demonstrations through organizing efforts to express we do no feel safe. We can not support someone who refuses to openly and genuinely denounce white supremacists hate groups. These are people who are preparing to murder people just for not being white. Can you not understand why millions were mobilized to vote like their lives depended on it?

Over the past three decades, there's only been one time that the Republican didn't get more votes than the Democrat and that was in '04. In '92m '96, '00, '08, and '16 the Democrat got more popular votes than the Republican.

It really shouldn't come as a shock that just like all those other elections, this one came out the same way. Donald Trump is an extremely unpopular candidate and always has been which drove turnout against him.

They are straight up trying to steal this. How can any sane adult support this? They are calling any vote for Biden illegal. I didn't like Trump but no one tried to invalidate the votes of people who wanted him in office. This is dangerous on a level I don't think his supporters haven't taken the time to think about. Do you want to live in a dictatorship where the will of the people no longer matters? Have any of you ever spoken to someone who has escaped a dictatorship? There is nothing good about this its an awful life where the people get nothing because rules no longer matter. All tax money all revenue goes to the dictator and their family while you the citizen are lucky to eek out an existence based on the whims of the elite. You will ironically create a socialist system but not one like Denmark or Sweden but one that will make Cuba feel like a happy dream.
