I literally eat every type of berry that isn't poisonous. If it's red or blue fruit, the standard is non-poisonous. I'm eating it.

Baked buffalo chicken breast, Kale, buffalo cauliflower, mushrooms, whole grain mac and cheese with some parmesan sprinkled on top. Ginger probiotic tea.
I ate little smokies sausages and potato pierogis. Delicious but I'm scared to think about my sodium intake for the day.
Only thing I cooked today was the salmon. I won't be the household chef that's for sure. My salmon was good tho. I still have more.
