But male privilege is consistent its boundless. I think the one good things feminist have done is conflating societal privileges with physical differences meaning that because men tend to be bigger and stronger than women overall we experience privilege overall even though privilege are societal advantages. I may be bigger and stronger than most women but so what? How does that materially impact my life? A white woman is still far more likely to be more successful than I am an Asian woman nearly doubly so. Black women are more likely to get a degree and employment than me so where does this privilege take place? Housing? Employment? Interactions with the police?

I agree with you on this @qaz1. I do think TDK is going too far by saying BM don't have male privilege AT ALL. BM have regular male privilege, but we don't have as much as WM (& other groups of men).

 

As I mentioned before, both black men and women have conditional privilege. Only white men and women have institutionalized privilege in this country.
