I'm noticing this trend with IR couples. Son favors the Father, Daughter favors the Mother. Craig & Lindsey's kids are the same way.

 

That's interesting. Doesn't genetic inheritance usually pass along the other way, with males inheriting traits from mother and her male relatives and females inheriting traits from father and his female relatives?

 

It's a mixed bag actually. At least with my two kids. Both with physical attributes as well as personally traits. I find it both simultaneously funny & weird noticing some of my character traits in my daughter & my son having character traits of his mother.

 

They're an attractive couple as well.

 

Some times from what I've seen all my life anyways.
