Both films are going to make a profit. Mark my words, ye prophets of gloom and despondency. [IMG]

Movies can make a profit and still "flop." However, I just realized that it is coming out in February and it has next to no competition, so it very well might earn a decent profit.

Crisis on earth was almost good until they did ridiculous pandering that made no sense in the cannon of the story.

I actually didn't like it very much. It wasn't bad, it was all just so ... meh. Even by Arrowverse standards.

They really phoned it in. I'll give my actual critique tomorrow give everyone else at least a day to watch

    That pandering, tho...

However, it is always nice to see swole Barack Obama in the episode. “Swolebama”.

Amazing what happens when they dial back the pandering.

That bat of the future shit was lame, but most everything else was fun.

Pandering didn't bother me too much. It was, after all, a Supergirl episode. It was always going to do that. It's her "house."

The future bat thing could've worked had they explained what happened better. Exactly why he ultimately felt he had to kill Superman.

Shazam 2 Set for April 2022

Warner Bros. and New Line have announced that Shazam 2 will hit theaters on April 1, 2022 — just one week before Sony releases its sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Zachary Levi is set to reprise his role as the titular superhero, and he’s expected to be joined by Asher Angel and Jack Dylan Grazer. David F. Sandberg will be back to direct the sequel after the first film grossed nearly $365 million worldwide. Henry Gayden is also coming back to write the script, as the studio was careful not to mess with a successful formula.
