This time it was Fort Worth PD.

Neighbor called a non-emergency police number for a welfare check because the front door of the house was left open by accident. Cop shows up and shoots the owner of the home through the window without even identifying himself.

How long before this one gets forgiven?

Waiting for the stupid defamatory and irrelevant claims.

Did the officer forget to sprinkle crack on her chest?

"After a comprehensive investigation by this department, we have determined that the officer acted within departmental guidelines and policies, and acted in accordance to his training and professional experience. The woman was also found to have recently ingested a quantity of dihydrogen monoxide, which may have prompted her actions. Further investigation revealed that the woman had recently gotten a parking citation, had three overdue books at the county library, and had once been assigned detention in school for chewing gum. The officer has been returned to duty." (Sarcasm)

    :(

They already got their excuse. There was a gun in the bedroom.

The officer couldn't have possibly seen it, and the victim was playing video games with her nephew when she got up because she heard someone outside.

However, they still got their excuse for a justified shooting.

"She had a gun in her house." These excuses are getting more and more ridiculous. The next person is going to get shot for having running water.

Saw this yesterday. It's sickening when it happens. Scary as hell. Unlike the unique Guyer case, there's a lot of precedence to a case like this, sadly...happens way more than people know. It happened in Philly recently to a grandfather when SWAT were looking for his grandson.

'The man reportedly mistook the SWAT team for home intruders. Police Commissioner Richard Ross said the warrant unit knocked three times before trying to enter, calling the grandfather’s death “an all-out tragedy.” No criminal charges were filed in the case."

It happened in Wichita to Andrew Smith, an innocent homeowner who was swatted by a gamer, the cop who shot him wasn't charged, but the gamer was.

It happened to a Vietnam vet grandfather in Aurora who actually killed an intruder in his home, but then was shot and killed himself by cops responding to the 911 emergency call.

It's scary as hell, because you can call them yourself and then they shoot you dead.
So what do you do? Call or not call? Will the responding cops get the message NOT to kill the caller or home owner?

Watching it, how many times in my home I would have the front door open with the screen door closed, or the back door open, sometimes fall asleep, the door still open but screen locked... it look like a very nice neighborhood so she probably felt safe. God, this is just so wrong.

I had sympathy for DPD after the incident 2-3 years ago. I was naive I guess. Dallas pd is the l KKK in Pigs clothing. When it comes to tolerance, Boston is Paris compared to Dallas. This makes me want to scream

Not sure about that one. I think that's a stretch. I would rather live in Austin if I went the Texas route, but definitely Dallas over Boston.....lol

There's plenty to say about Texas, but the northeast is pretty fucking racist and far more rigidly segregated for the most part. Boston and upstate New York are worse than any caricature of the racist South. Rural Pennsylvania is Klan country too.

That is completely false. Segregation in NY for example is more of a class thing than a race thing. Areas are broken down into what's affordable more so than what people look like so like my block is mostly white but no one trips over black and brown people around here because we all take the train to the city together for work.

Heart attack doubt it was foul play could just be the stress of his child being murdered. Heart disease is a big problem with our people.

Always want to salute dude for not being a down right embarrassment like the male members of the Jean family. Down right sickening when I think about them.

Well the picture becomes clearer as I get older. The women who complain about that kind of thing don't actually care they're jealous they can't do it. They only focus on us because they can't be with men who will help their kids escape blackness or at the very least use their whiteness to offer some kind of shield. Of course I think most black women don't care but the loud ones getting all the attention operate under this premise.

Bruh, I wasn't talking about the City. I was talking about upstate NY, which is known to be racist as fuck. I've heard it firsthand from several different people who've lived there.

I remember this study from several years ago where they were trying to pin down exactly how many votes Obama lost on the state level because of his race. Upstate New York nearly leads the nation in people searching for racist shit online.
