Note for the future: It may be good for them to couple this idea with VR. That may work better as a product than a sex robot. Less things could go wrong that way. As I've mentioned before, sex robots aren't going to replace women, only masterbation. If I'm right and this machine is successful, all they need with it is VR.

The tech would have to be westworld quality to actually replace women. It would have to be coupled with artificial eggs and an artificial womb in a lab somewhere. Basically, the equivalent of a sperm bank, but for men. We get technological leaps, but nothing to this extreme. The robot would have to look and feel human and would have to make for a solid companion. That, all together, would replace a lot of people’s need for social interactions, regardless of gender.

You guys are thinking too big its like those old movies and tv shows that showed robots taking jobs as automatons that had limbs like humans when that wasn't needed to create automation.
