The first trailer was more captivating and more powerful to me. The 2nd trailer was more of letting you in more on the synopsis without giving too much away, but the first trailer had that hit to it like... yeah, here she comes!

According to Entertainment Weekly: “the story is set in the present day and follows Adelaide and Gabe Wilson (Lupita Nyong’o and Winston Duke) as they take their kids to Adelaide’s old childhood beachside home in Northern California for the summer. After a day at the beach with the Tyler family (which includes Elisabeth Moss and Tim Heidecker), Adelaide — who’s haunted by a lingering trauma from her past — becomes increasingly more paranoid that something bad will happen to her family. As night falls, the Wilsons see four figures holding hands and standing silently at the bottom of their driveway…”

 

This looks and sounds really good!

 

Loving it! Can't wait for this one. I hope Jordan Peele kills it again and gets all of the accolades

Chucky is back in Child's Play! Also known as another reboot nobody asked for or wanted.

 

lol. Aubrey is in it. She usually goes comedic so this is rare dramatic turn for her. I love her personality on screen so they got me with her. I don't know about the kid playing Andy. Alex Vincent OWNED that role. It's hard to see any other kid playing him.

Looks decent. I wonder how they pulled off the young Will look. Makeup or a bit of CGI?

CGI is what they use nowadays.

 

Yeah. But it's not as heavy like it was in Captain America. So they either used very little or maybe a mix of makeup.
