I've said it before and I'll say it again, if George RR Martin really wanted to finish those last 2 books in his A Song of Fire & Ice Series, he'd do what he's doing with the Wild Cards Anthology series. This is book # 23 in the series (with books 24, 25 & 26 already out or soon to be out) and its one singular storyline being told by multiple authors hemming the chapters featuring the various characters and supporting characters that they created for this shared universe. Final book of the Iron Druid series. Surprised this book series hasn't been opted yet for a movie or streaming series. Complete over the top sci-fi/fantasy action comicbook in prose form. Good shit.
I'm currently reading Bram Stoker's Dracula. I didn't like the movie when it came out (it's so scary, LOL). But, I may have to revisit it when I finish the book. I tried reading a few adventure type books by authors I hadn't read it and I couldn't get through them. I decided to pick up this book and it was so easy to read. There is nothing like the classics!
I heard the London Below/Neverwhere series on BBC is good, but I haven't seen of it yet. I've read several of his short stories, and I recently got a good deal on Bookbub for his Norse Mythology that I haven't gotten around to reading yet. I've yet to hit the library for the books I'm too cheap to buy. lol A lot of his stuff is on my reading list. He is good at what he does.
