I don't get how the gay thing applies but he's not saying he's not into black women we all know this. He's saying attractive dark skin women rarely exist. See the difference?

If a gay man says „women are all ugly/unattractive“, is that the truth? No, it’s not. It’s his personal disposition that makes him SEE women as unattractive while objectively there are many attractive women out there.
There’s a difference between making a general judgement or simply stating one‘s preference.

Same shit. Some women can be into men but every blue moon they run across another woman that can get it. There is no difference.

He's obviously voicing his own opinion. I saw it as being sarcastic and funny.

Good grief. I would have to ask some of you guys to leave my man cave if you start arguing over some bullshit like little girls while I'm trying to play poker. Wtf.

The term is bigotry. Racism comes with racial superiority, which is something especially in the U.S. black people and any other non white person can not exercise over white people. They have the power, the systemic racism that exist especially in the justice system is designed to work against poc. Bigotry is when you are just intolerant of another race, so anybody can be that. But people have such a blurred understanding of what racism is they believe racism and bigotry are the same thing when they're actually not.

Yeah, I can't name one brand of silverware either. I also have no idea where to find the nearest bed bath and beyond store. I should be ashamed of myself.

To be fair, you're using an academic definition of racism which from my point of view is used to shield non-White people from being labeled racist.
Anyone can hold racist attitudes and beliefs. It's not really dependent on a person being able exercise those racists beliefs in a harmful way against someone else.

It's like when people say 'race' is a social construct and not a real thing biologically. True, but we all know what race means when we're talking about different national and ethnic groups.

The term that is being exercised stems from white supremacy, racial superiority. I put it like this there are no groups of white men out here fighting against racism that isn't inherently racist themselves.
There's a difference between holding those beliefs and attitudes and having the ability to exercise them. Yes the meaning of racism is abstract, but the practice isn't.

That's exactly how I meant it, thank you @Beasty . Good to note there's a guy here who still has his balls. These dudes are dark-skinned themselves and take this very seriously indeed (see the Black Panther thread when the discussion turned to Lupita). The levels of thought policing and victimhood are almost hysterically feminine in this discussion. Funny how women are free to discriminate against men for shit they can't control INCLUDING SKIN TONE but if a man states an opinion or even worse, makes a joke, all hell breaks loose...from GUYS. Weak

I'm a font on a message board with an opinion and a joke. The subject is colorism, I am on topic. I don't even fuck with dark-skinned chicks why are these niggas so pressed?

Yeah I said it. You ain't gonna gaslight me into thinking the models in those pics including Bria Myles are common. Slim, in shape with natural hair, ready to date a classic black man, not a rapper or a baller. Riiiiiiiiiiiight. If they grow on trees like that in DC & VA, it's weird you're on a board with "white women" in the title

LOL. Maybe one chick in that photo is showing her natural hair.
Look, I get it was a joke, but to say, " That is literally every fine dark-skinned chick in America in that one photo," implies to me, intentional or not, that you think there are very few if any beautiful dark skinned BW in America. Or that it's rare for a woman with dark skin to be pretty.

It doesn't matter who you personally find attractive. I couldn't care less. But to my ears what you said was a diss and has nothing at all to do with how I feel about WW.

I'm not like some dudes on this board who have an exclusive attraction to WW. I just dig WW and have had some incredible relationships with some of them.

And I'm not on this board because I HATE Black women, like many BM, unfortunately, do on WWBM.
Just because you have a preference for a certain type of woman doesn't mean you have to put down an entire race of other women.

Agreed. But why can't someone just say their opinion?

No one seems to care when a woman says something similar. If I say middle eastern men are .....(fill in the gap) nothing is said, at all. There have been times when a white man's picture has been posted and women have said - that may be one of the only good looking white guys out there, or he's an exception rather than the rule. So what?! There are plenty of times when people have made statements about how they don't find this or that ethnic group/race attractive at all. Not a word is said. Tons of sweeping generalizations are said on this board all the time, and for the most part - nothing is said and often it's agreed with.

I think most people say things realizing they are stating their opinion and not thinking it's fact. Most aren't going to preface everything they say with a qualifier (i.e. I think, My opinion is, I believe, etc.) I am one of those odd people who tends to do that, it's something that I was raised with. I don't think it's necessarily such a great thing though.

Why does everything have to be so fucking PC all the time? You all better watch it - you are going to end up like CA for all the casual, covert racial shit going on. I may not agree with things, but I'd rather people were honest about stuff. Hell, I'd rather a man (or anyone for that matter) is straight up about such things, then I know and don't have to deal with them if I don't want. I don't think he really hates black women, or black women with dark skin. I think he was joking. But if he did, that's good for women to know too - some want a man who is anti black women, many of us don't. All good information.

There is a poll in the men's locker room asking what do you think of Redheads and one of the choices is "Nope. They look like used tampons", and notice how there is no Dick Gestapo trying to Dicktate to the 12 voters who chose that option. No lectures on sensitivity and respect nor pleas to acknowledge that there are some attractive Redheads in the whole wide world, if you just try hard enough to look and find them. The voters who felt the way they felt were left to be.

Quit thought policing me, you're like a triggered female. I say what I want on here as long as it's within the guidelines. If you don't like it, put me on ignore. Boom, done

    Fuck up off me
