There was this sci-fi show that got cancelled, "Almost Human" (with Michael Ealy playing an android) where pleasure-bots were indeed a reality

I knew nothing about this, now I got to check it out.
My only tv association with a similar concept is the jetsons.......lol
I wasn't thinking about a robot with sex appeal, it only needs to be practical. In my mind a machine is meant to do work, that's it. Cars are as sexy as a machine gets to me.

Like others on here have said, women are just as bad. If I go out to a club (maybe not so much now, 'cause I'm old), guaranteed some chick is going to sit on my lap, at the very least. Or, just start giving me a lap dance. No permission asked. They'll say shit like, "Can you still have sex?" No convo. No introduction. No asking my name. I've had an older woman start to unbuckle my pants in the lunch room at work. In front of everyone. I've been kissed by random chicks. Dick grabbed by my boss. Then, she tells me, I want to see what she (this girl I was dating who would come up to my job) is all sprung over." She then had me stay after work and help her while she tried on bikinis (we worked at a clothing store). Another manager at a different store I worked used to call me "Young Stuff" and was always brushing her big ass titties against me. Which, grossed me out because she reminded me of my mom. Oh, there was the one foreign chick who came up to me at a club and said to me in her thick accent, "You look like a fun guy!" as she grabbed my dick. Which startled me, causing me to lose my balance and fall (I was still able to walk back then with a cane. But, was unsteady if bumped too hard). Finally, a relatively famous comedienne (I'm not using her name because I'm not fucking up someone's career over bullshit), was drunk one night and came up to me and just started sloppy, drunk kissing me on the mouth. She was/is not at all attractive. ...ugh! There's more. But, this is enough to make my point.

Experiencing all of this is why I don't understand the outrage. This kind of shit is just part of human interaction. Some people take it too far. I get that. But, unless it's rape or someone holding a job over your head or something like that, you just have to deal with it. This "Princess Feminism" is just getting way too much. You don't have the right to not be hit on. None of us do. And, we shouldn't.

The thing is the idea of too far is clear. Rape is clear, harassment is clear, assault is clear. People's minds however are not. So that is when shit gets foggy. Oh and then you have the people that would lie and exaggerate for the kind of attention of having people feel sorry for them a.k.a playing the victim.

Some don't believe people(especially women) would lie about this sort of thing UNLESS it gets political like what Trump, Ailes and O'reilly defenders do. Damn shame what shape humanity is in right now. Damn shame.

A predatory gay man Not accepted? On what planet? The movie and music industry is full of them. Barely a new up and coming performer has not had to open wide or bend over.
But according to logic of some here, "pfft, its part of the industry, fuck what you heard".

Like, if you're wanting to act or sing or dance, you know, just STFU and accept the dick because "that's the industry".

It's mind boggling the pathetic excuses repeatedly made for rapists here by some forum members.

Your views on relationships has always been severely warped and what's scary is your multiple attempts to lead your thumbs-up fans here by the nose into fucking plastic pussies.
It's even more scarier that you're pushing it again as a result of rapists getting exposed.

That is because what these men do is in the shadows. I recall a story on ABC's 20/20 show about the sport of professional wrestling. One wrestler told the story of how he was asked if he wanted to be a world wrestling champion by some big wig. It would come with all the perks and so much more. The wrestler said he would like to be a world wrestling champion. The big wig told him that if he really wanted this opportunity, he'd have to have sex with the big wig. The wrestler flatly rejected the offer. The test to see how badly someone wants something and what a person will do to get it is a tactic that these men often use because they are in power and they claim to know what people are willing to do.

Like the guy who managed the boy bands of the 90's to early 2000's. I think his name was Lou Perlman. God only knows what he did while working with those young men. On top of that, he was a con artist.

Cosby pitched a lot more than Jello before it all went downhill. He pitched for Del-Monte foods, did a Coca-Cola commercial, breakfast cereals, toys and was a regular host of the Picture Pages segment on Captain Kangaroo in the late 70's and early 80's. Fat Albert and The Bill Cosby Show still played back then. But it all changed when he had The Cosby Show. Because the show was based a little from his book Parenthood, he found a soapbox to tell people about his views.

People need to better vet the people they are supporting. Rose Mcgowan is way too unstable to be the face of Hollywood victims.

Part of the concern/fears about the way he did this is that gay people have had to fight against the idea that they are perverted and that somehow if they are gay they must also be pedophiles.

I think this is what you were referring to in terms of a "predatory gay man"?

The fact that they made Black male lead a robot was a turn-off to me though. I might have to finish that show 1 of these days.

People just don't get it. There are ways to do things. You have to know what you are dealing with and up against. People have this way of getting cocky and arrogant and just do NOT realize. It's ok though - it's more of the same. All this crap just keeps the shit going...just as some want it to be.
