That's putting it mildly. I remember one time when my ex and their brother was attempting to talk to the sister about their concern. The sister is really obese, and the son and daughter (Under 10 y/o at the time) were also very big which we know is an obvious health concern. As you can imagine with children being children... they'd get teased. Their mother's response was that children shouldn't be so mean. She's all kinds of not close to being grounded in reality.
