Right. The Producer who filed the complaint should be. They cant blame Corrine because she claims she was so drunk she doesn't remember it. She said she was told. The video will tell the story. And why didn't Corrine ask to see it?? That would confirm or deny the story told to her, right?

A little light news, I was watching this on their half hour show earlier, and she said she would never go on the bachelor because she only dates black guys and she called them out for not having a black bachelor and some of the white people including a white female got REAL uncomfortable with that. lol. Don't know why, but that's funny to me. Did they have the same reaction when that former black female wrestler said she only dates white guys?
Still trying to find it, but the have their full episode guides on their page. It aired Friday. http://www.tmz.com/when-its-on?adid=TMZ_Web_Nav_TMZ_On_TV
This is not a criminal matter. No police have been contacted - its an internal investigative matter within ABC.
Possibly.. From Entertainment Tonight.. 'Following the incident, there appears to be no bad blood between the two contestants. "DeMario was trying to reach Corinne via email, Instagram and Facebook for a few days. Finally, [he] got a hold of her, they exchanged numbers and they've been talking. They are both speaking and on good terms," the source added.
There is a personals section, or a separate section within this site where people can place there ads to date.
They finally dropped Friday's full episode: http://www.tmz.com/videos/0_5g9uueg6/ Skip to the 12:48 mark for the interview with DeMario's ex. Does she fit negative stereotype of WW who only date BM that BM are told to avoid? .
Took the words right out of my mouth. Shes obviously just trying to sue ABC, and make a grip of cash. The fact Demario wants them to release the tape and all other parties do not tells me he is innocent., and the lack of criminal charges pressed In addition her changing the story, and her excuse being "I had a boyfriend, and would not have said yes." Tells us she just has more reasons to lie. I have a feeling that one girl who reacted negatively who said. "Its so weird to say you only date..." I"m willing to bet she only dated white guys, and probably will always date white dudes, but won't ever conciously admit or acknowledge it. All the ex did was point out the Bachelor a TV show only has white bachelors, and then they had a token hispanic. (Although lets not kid ourselves Juan Pablo was white, and ABC just dubbed him a "Hispanic/Latino" to try, and be PC. Not acknowledging that white Latino's exist is a denial of race, and reality.) In short TMZ did the classic trick of putting the focus on her individual preference for black men rather than the problem of that a TV show exclusively casts white men for leading roles. Or maybe it was deemed something to be a topic too intellectually stimulating for a program like TMZ.
Update: Warner Bros. finds NO evidence of sexual assault on the set of Bachelor in Paradise and filming is set to resume http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4622478/No-evidence-sex-assault-Bachelor-Paradise.html
BREAKING NEWS!!!!! Warner Brothers has just announced exclusively to E! that after an exhaustive review of the tape in question concerning their producer's allegations of professional misconduct that no such sexual misconduct occurred on behalf of either party involved (Demario Jackson or Corinne Olympios) and furthermore that there was no degree of negligence committed by the film crew. The Bachelor in Paradise will resume shooting in this month. Sounds to me like the big suits at Warner Brothers have reached a compensation arrangement with Corinne's lawyers and she's going to return to the show along with Demario who has also been invited back probably with a lucrative compensation arrangement as well since we know he has hired Walter Mosley as legal counsel. I always felt as I stated earlier in this thread that the best outcome for Demario would be if all the parties involved could reach a settlement arrangement and return to shooting ASAP. Why did this take so long? Corinne Olympios probably wanted some movie roles to launch her career and Warner Brothers has the power to make or break her . . . plus they wanted to salvage the show and turn this scandal into a profit. E! is unsure if the controversial footage will be worked into the show but say it will if all the parties involved agree because it is the cynosure of this entire controversy and would be ratings gold with some skillful editing to keep it PG-13
