Very disturbing. Neo-Confederates. One of the accused said that his family fought for the Confederacy during the Civil War and he is continuing the fight. And conducting this activity under the guise of law enforcement, is reprehensible. Those that are imprisoned must be released and paid big time for this miscarriage of justice.

Take those big bucks from the police pension fund.

Those bitches are the worse terrorists...they should be the ones that are sought out and destroyed.

And put in prison where a majority of black inmates will definitely deal with those guys.

Nope. Most of the black criminal element are craven cowards, imho.

I don't think they'd have balls nor "ideals" enough to take on these guys, even behind bars.

You're an ex-CO -- so you know the patterns of their violence... Is it as brave or idealistic as that? ...Or are they too busy charging "rent" on the weak and unconnected?

There is no definition or level to describe the violence in prison. They're often very sudden and unexpected. I had heard that an officer was killed by an inmate in a prison wing. I've seen two fights while on duty. Two inmates told me that they have "taken" or raped younger and new inmates. Race wasn't a factor. I don't know about charging "rent" from alpha inmates, but I can tell you that there are many sidelines among inmates going on inside. Inmates are practiced in observation. They watch everything and everyone. So much so they make mental notes to use against a person. One of my instructors said to my class at the academy ," You better know who your friends are, and whom they are not." Because inmates are not our friends. Some inmates are trying to keep their noses clean because they want to get out.
Then, there are those that don't want to go back to the outside because they have become
used to the routine of prison life. And then there are those that won't ever see the light of day
and will die in prison. Black inmates will definitely try to test or recruit black officers. Especially the Muslim inmates.

What the fuck? Didn't you just start another thread attacking a brother who actually did stand up to an abusive cop?

Just saw your reply in the other thread. Thanks for the backstory.

But how does that relate to what I said about the black criminal element? I don't think they're such principled people that they're going to treat an ex-cop any different from any other inmate behind bars.

I don't hear much about ex-cops being killed in jail. Do you?

Black inmates are as principled as any group in prison. All that I have encountered just want to get out and be with their families. Others want to get out and go back to being a criminal and not getting caught if, they can. Others go on to work in the legal profession as paralegals and attorneys(they have access to a law library inside and they even can get college degrees inside). The Muslim inmates follow their own rules about how to conduct themselves. Inmates don't like the following people; officers, especially cops, chicken hawks(slang for child molesters), rapists, thieves and people who've murdered their own families because family is sacred. NO ONE is safe in prison. If an inmate has a problem with another inmate, they would be transferred to the protective custody wing separated from the general population. But here's the thing thing about that; anyone go into protective custody. There was a n incident at the prison I worked in that occurred long after I resigned. An inmate fell to his death from the higher tiers of the wing. An autopsy revealed that the inmate who died from the fall was beaten and stomped on before being thrown off. The marks found on the body were from boots... worn by COs. Among those charged was An officer I knew. He was a D-1 Sergeant, an officer of the watch when the higher ranking officers are not around and is headquartered in the control room. When this incident occurred, he was a Captain. He and w others who participated were all found guilty and sentenced to life in prison. No doubt that they have been sent to other institutions because the inmates would retaliate against them for the crime in direct and indirect means. That is all I have to say. If you really want to know what it is really like for black men in prison, visit the prison. On some days, the public is allowed to see the facility and talk to the inmates, under supervision, of course. After that, you will be very thankful that you have the freedom you enjoy now.

    The fuck man.

This corporate run media is becoming like Soviet Russia.

We don't ever get REAL news.

A story like this could trigger a nationwide effort to reform law enforcement.

As an institution, the police are way too corrupt and need federal oversight.

The feds haven't brought justice to Black people ever.
I don't understand why we still have faith in them at all.

The FBI director likened Black lives matter to a terror organization:rolleyes:.

The clown that Obama appointed to head the FBI came out and said that people who protest police violence are actually the ones causing violence and not a peep from the White House.

    http://www.cnn.com/2015/10/26/politics/fbi-comey-crime-police/

Even after he was forced to admit that he didn't have any evidence to back up that claim, there was no real push back.
