What happens when you put a competitive bench presser into a child's school? State of this country has gotten sad.
THe teacher looks like a punk standing there watching his student get manhandled. You tell a kid once or twice to get and leave class, suspend him, then remove him from class if he's still uncooperative. But you don't let some anxious cop hyped up on juice handle the situation. I will say it puts a teacher in a difficult position if he has to deal with direct insubordination from a student in response to an order to leave class. When I was in school that rarely happened no matter how mad the teacher made you feel.
Some of these cops are spineless bastards who are probably losers whose wives wear the pants at home. I never get how a grown man thinks its okay to manhandle a female let a lone a teenage girl then again black people are not seen as human in AmeriKKKa. Imagine if the cop was black and the girl was white
The video is sickening. And I just heard today that a 28-year old attorney is going to plead guilty to covering up the beating of a suspect by an officer who is the father of a young woman whose credit card the suspect had used following a car burglary.
Remember the video with the girl at the pool party? I had assumed violent force to remove teenagers from their seat in a classroom, a diner, or a bus went out with the 60s. Guess I was wrong.
Try to say that five times fast But yeah, that was uncalled for. This guy takes "dress for the job you want not the job you need" to an unnecessary extreme (well act not dress but you get my point).
No body slam needed. She refused to participate in class and refused to leave the class as the teacher had asked. Remove her phone that she was attending to from her hand. Put her in an arm lock behind her back and escort her out of class room. That is the way to do it. This is not Wrestle Mania.
Sadly enough, when I watched this video that's the first thing that came to mind. Yeah she may have mouthed off at him but that gives him no reason choke her, slam her to the floor and then throw her across the room. He was way out of line.
I don't believe teachers are allowed to put a hand on students for starters. And what if you break the kid's arm? This is not the way to do it.
Teachers have no real power. He had to call someone else Look at the teacher just standing there not helping her...why? Shocked
I'm not sure, given the student was sitting in that type of seat, that anyone, teacher or officer, could have gotten her arm behind her back and peacefully removed her from the chair and classroom. There isn't a whole lot of space between the back of the chair and the desk in those seats. Be that as it may, the officer was rightfully fired for how he went about this situation.
An officer for sure. Teacher cannot touch student Parents cannot be reached sometimes. Or cannot get there fast enough. A trained officer can lift anyone sitting in a chair. Go behind her after removing cell phone. Put two hands under her arm pits and lift. Try it yourself it is easy to do. Then put an arm lock behind her back and escort her out of the classroom. No fuss, no muss. The Officer was rightfully fired and should be charged with excessive force. Although she did feebly try to punch the Officer. He could claim self defense. A jury of her peers will not agree...
