I miss those hip hop tracks with R&B singers. I used to want to be an R&B singer and so did many brothas. Now everyone wants to be a rapper and all of the soul sounds like pop music. I miss those days.
In a shocking turn of events...I agree Some people just listen to music, some people feel it. I miss the soul music of the 60's and 70's. In the 80's, soul music became r&b and it opened up a Vista to appeal to a lot of listeners.
Sheeeit, think I'm lying. Singers on west coast tracks are trademark. Death Row, Warren G, Foesum, Too Short. I can go for days. They've all done it.
