Crazy commercial. But, hey, I approve. Look how it may bring all people together. Although of course those are some of the whitest "Mexicans" I've seen of late. I guess they represent the elite class of Mexicans descended directly from the Spaniards.

A bit off topic....so Carl Jr's has used a bunch of white chicks, an Indian woman (Padma Lakshmi) and now some Latinas. Anyone recall when Tyra Banks made some stupid rant about how black women weren't being used for The Girls Gone Wild Videos? You know...that once popular and tacky video order series that pretty much exploited white college co-eds? The whole objectification and exploitation angle apparently went over Banks' head when she complained BOUT black females not being provided the same "opportunity" to lose all dignity by by being filmed almost naked, with no monetary compensation, for the mere enjoyment of horny dudes who were more than eager to leer at their bodies. All Banks cared about apparently was the idea that black women were being excluded from being presented as sexy to a mostly group of white male college frats and middle-aged losers. Maybe she feels the same way about Carl Jr's commercials, wondering when a hot black chick will get the chance to be all sexy and wet in these silly advertisements.

 

great commercial. How widespread is Carl's Jr.? I see the co-brand Hardee's sometimes, but never Carl's.

 

It is in Houston. I'm not a fan of their food. Wendy's is basically all I go for.

 

We don't have Hardee's out here...just Carl's Jr. They have a crazy good jalapeño turkey burger

 

Thank God for that.

 

Carl's Jr. primarily has locations in the Western and Southwestern part of the country while Hardee's is primarily in the South and Midwest.
