It's so simple but apparently needs to be broken down for some (like whomever left you that rep)...there's minimal "real" conversation because half the topics around here aren't able to be discussed. :shock: Yup I said it lol. You know everyone else was thinking it lol. The ones who left (or seem to have left...no doubt they're still lurking lol) needed to leave. they couldn't handle any "real discussion" unless it was a topic they liked, with a perspective they agreed with. Gtfoh. This isn't daycare and Im not paid to cater to your viewpoints. The interactions here as of late are just as they should be on a free Internet forum...fun, friendly, meaningless. We're strangers...stop expecting more from people you don't truly know.

never been one to beat around the bush. Its a waste of time & energy. I get tired of the woe is me act. We're adults. I lack patience for those that lack common sense. You and I for example...disagree often but don't insult eachother (unless in jest). I spent like a week trying to explain the science of reproduction to you lol...all the while being respectful and as patient as possible lol. That's how adults communicate. Thats how to engage in meaningful conversation. All the crying about how this site is and was...its just not that serious. It is what it is. Enjoy it or leave it.

 

Exactly. Also if people wanted to do nothing but pcs...well cool. Thats them . I get it. Im not complaining.

If he dont like it then he has two options:

Make his own threads or

Get to stepping

 

The pics complaints stems from jealousy imo. I couldn't care less if some people are here just to post selfies...compliments always make people feel better. Who knows what someone's going through, maybe they needed that little pmu. Too many people hating. That's all it boils down to.

There are some thought-intriguing posts to read about & comment on but there are just as many pornographic, meaningless threads that many people don't relate to.

This forum isn't dead it's really what you make of it.

And if people just want to post selfie's that's their prerogative. It's a free Internet just like it's a free country ..as long as they're not harming other people (unless you count egos) you can skip right over those threads if you choose to or you can complain about them.

And if you want to complain and don't like it around here anymore, you have the option to leave...

 

Hmmm. Sorry, I agree with whoever repped GL. This forum was a lot of fun when I joined in 2011. I stick my head in once or twice a month, if that. There was just too much hate for awhile. Now, I just lose interest because few people that I truly respect post any more. I enjoy other creative discussion groups. *shrugs*
