Long term subscriber to Men's Health, always some good health and fitness advice, article below caught my eye. Article about the so called "Dad Bod" https://www.yahoo.com/health/mens-health-editor-says-dad-bod-is-dangerous-124935456683.html
He's going overboard with it... I'm not a scientist but having a dadbod isn't going to kill you that much quicker than being in shape. Maybe a tiny bit more complications but not much of a difference. We all get old and die. One thing I can test tho, being in top physical shape shits on dad bod. I'm transitioning out of my dad bod phase and noticing a astounding difference in how I'm perceived by everyone. For starters, my girlfriend was on some I love your gut and normal body babe stuff last year. She would call me handsome a couple times a day. Since rejoining the gym and going hard nearly a month, she is constantly staring at me, openly admiring me constantly calling me sexy to the point its almost unbelievable. No exaggerations, last year nobody approached me or complimented me. A lot of dudes would tell me I fell off or got fucking fat. Now ladies are complimenting me and getting at me. Saying things tor doing things just to get near me. If I wasnt a faithful dude, I'd be knee deep in some strange right now. Men constantly refer to me as big guy now. Gay dudes stalk me. The attention feels great but I don't let it fill my head.
Lol. I havent worked out in 20 years but i eat rite and jept a decent shape. I need to lift and walk to tighten up a bit. Whats funny tho we can celebrate dad bods and say its cool but a woman gain 5lbs and its time to put her on the cross
