I got out of making an illegal left turn ticket (l never saw the sign)...l apologized said l was confused and looking for the Expressway ...He told me he loved my accent and gave me a warning because he never met anyone from Australia before. He then gave me directions to the Expressway. (I was soooo happy/relieved.) Would love to but can't view it here on this phone without direct link. Will on desktop later. Thanks.
And it should! Wow. She must've felt very alone at that point. They found significant amount of weed in her system, and 30 old and new cuts on her wrists arms, consistent with cutting disorder Siitting in a cell for 3 days can mess with your psyche.
Everyone wonders if you have to get out. Supreme Court says yes.. ******************* 2012 lawyer article.... Situation 9 You have been pulled over at the side of the interstate for going 75mph in a 65mph zone.* The weather is cold and unpleasant.* The officer who pulled you over already has your license.* Now he asks that you step out of your vehicle so he can pat you down. You might wonder if you have to comply. The BEST answer:* Yes, you should get out of the car.* You should tell him you do not consent to the search, but you should cooperate fully and not resist if he insists on patting you down. The CORRECT answer:* Yes, you must get out of the car.* No, he’s not allowed to pat you down. The WRONG reaction:* Refuse to get out of the car or resist his attempts to pat you down. The U.S. Supreme Court decided many years ago, in a case called Pennsylvania v. Mimms, that an officer may order someone who he has stopped for a traffic violation to get out of the car.* Thus, you do not have a choice in the matter. *It does not matter that the weather is unpleasant or that the officer does not have a clear reason for asking you to get out. * When the officer asks you to “please step out of your car,”* you have to do it. *As mentioned in Part VIII of this series, these sorts of “requests” can be confusing.* A polite officer will often ask things like, “May I please see your license?* Would you please step out of your car?* Would you please pop your trunk?* Would you please open your glove-box so I can take a look?”* All of these sound like requests.* But the first two are orders which may not be refused while the last two are fully optional requests which may, and should, be refused.* The only way to tell the difference is to know your rights.* Thus, as the CORRECT and BEST answers recognize, you must get out of the car when the officer asks you to
Apparently, they were taken off the beat for the duration of the internal affairs investigation earlier today. http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york...leged-pizza-thief-sidelined-article-1.2302350

all of that is a smokescreen to cover up their actions- http://reportquickly.com/toxicology...of-asphyxiation-caused-from-being-choked-out/ Toxicology Report Concludes Sandra Bland Death Was A Result Of Asphyxiation Caused From Being “Choked Out”!! SHARE: A toxicology report for Sandra Bland has noted the cause of death was due to as asphyxiation which was result of strangulation. According to the report, lacerations on Bland’s neck were consistent with those of a “choke out”. In cases of asphyxiation, death occurs because of the deprivation of oxygen. Earlier reports claim Sandra Bland’s death was the result of suicide by hanging. According to Dr. Brian Burgess, a pathologist assigned to the case, Bland’s death was definitely a homocide. “For one, the police reports were inconsistent and the toxicology exam further confirms my analysis. A full autoposy is scheduled to fully conclude our findings”, says Burgess. Along with the jugular lacerations, the report also notes scars on her hands which indicate a violent struggle and also scars on the arms and legs. Sandra Bland was arrested last week in Texas and arrested after being pulled over for not using a turning signal when changing lanes. Bland was found dead in her cell, two days later. According to Bland’s family, she did not have a history of mental illness and the family also believes that Bland had no reason to commit suicide as she lived a “happy life”. also this-
Goodlove on MSNBC the lawyer for Bland's family said the county wanted to bring the body back for another autopsy.
It's a made up article. It's a satire Site. Like The Onion. The header should have given it away, if nothing else. The video l can't view...cliff notes?
In the city governments I have worked in, the Medical Examiner is a political appointment by the Mayor, who also is over the Police Board or the Dept. directly. That's not proof of foul play, but it certainly raises questions about impartiality.
Exactly. They edited the damn dash cam and didn't release the one actually pointed at her during her arrest. If you have nothing to hide why edit one dash cam and not release the footage of the other. They are literally banking on the public turning a blind eye because she's black.
I heard on Sirius that Sandra Beard was the SECOND prisoner who died by hanging in this particular jail in recent years. That alone says to me the Justice Department needs to take over the investigation of this case. http://www.chron.com/news/houston-t...tion-death-of-woman-found-hanging-6388529.php Bland's death is the first suicide at the jail in three years, according to state records. In November 2012, an inmate hanged himself with his bedsheets from an air-conditioning grate, authorities said. I still think there's a small percentage chance she committed suicide, but it's seems so unlikely. But if you think your life is literally going to hell for something you didn't do and you can't get out of it, also add the fact she's probably thinking she's going to lose her new job...I dunno. Outside law enforcement needs to investigate everything over again.
