If you were going to comic con.....

What would you be going as and why?

If the celebs came as a character what celeb you want to see as what character?

 

Black Thor. I'd get to carry around a weapon all day without getting shot by the police (hopefully).

I would want to see kim k...as wonder woman just to see her squeeze that butt in the wonder woman suit.

Taraji henson as princess leia.. she has a great body too.

 

I remember the first time I went you first comic book convention. It was at the Hyatt Hotel, which was not far from where my older brother lived. I saw many booths for many comic book shops. I kicked myself for not coming earlier because voice actress Grey Delisle was there and she was signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans. I saw so many people dressed up as their favorite character. This, is what I came to know as cosplay. But I noticed which costume was store bought and which one was custom or hand made. The hand made costumes were very authentic and I could see the love for the details in it all. I also noticed that for some characters, you have to have the right build and attitude . It was an eye opener that day.

 

Did u enjoy it

 

I did enjoy the experience. I just wished that I had seen and spoke to Grey Delisle and another well known voice actor that was also in attendance. I did meet and spoke with n tinker who worked on the Green Lantern comics. He and I discussed the potential of a Green Lantern film. I told him that if the score were to be composed by anyone, it should be done by James Newton-Howard. This talk was before the film came out and I was right about Newton-Howard. But the score didn't live up to my expectations. I had a debate about the film Cloverfield with a young man. He didn't like the romantic subplot. I remember walking away and thinking back to my youthful experiences with monster movies. As far back as I could remember, anytime the was a woman in the cast of any monster movie, there is going to be a romantic subplot in there somewhere. All in all, I was glad I came.

 

Captain Marvel because she is a bad ass like me, I at least like to think so lol.

Seriously though, fuck comic con lol. Traffic in this city is God aweful anyways, but when every comic-nerd in the universe wants to come hang out here and further back up our freeways...no bueno. I'm over it lol.
