Really? Finally! On what? My boy and I talk about this often and I've always thought it'd be a great match. Does Doom need his armor to live like Vader?
Well Marvel teamed up with the military to bring to the public a 3D experience of their superheroes and villains (inside their Simularian). First time ever. I had a chance to experience it...it was truly epic. Also, here is the original shield of captain America used in the movie and Thor's hammer. (Exec from Marvel (pictured) kindly offered me to hold them...very heavy!) Super Adaptoid, front and back . . He's above his dig site to put his blown-up body back together. Fun to try to do.
Is it just me, or does the cover to the upcoming Lando comic make it look like it takes place in Miami in 1987?

Terminator: Genisys wasn't nearly as bad to me as the reviewer on Terry Gross' Fresh Air makes it sound. I liked it. I definitely thought it was better than Terminator 3: Judgment Day with Nick Stahl and Clare Danes. I recently picked up the series 'God Is Dead' and an Image title "Pisces", which were both pretty good. I've been trying to pare down the number of titles to 3-4 per month. So far I've got 1) Kanan by Marvel; 2) Baltimore by Dark Horse 3) God Is Dead by Avatar; 4) and The Surface by Image. Still trying to decide if I'm going to add Pisces, since Baltimore is infrequently publishes in mini-series form.
Telltales at it again. on my list of games to buy.... Get to work on walking dead 3!!!!!!
Ava DuVernay Passes On Marvel's BLACK PANTHER. Ever since Ava DuVernay was revealed to be in talks with Marvel Studios to potentially helm the long-awaited Black Panther adaptation, the Selma director has become the ideal candidate and there were even rumors the she was in final negotiations. However, the filmmaker herself has unfortunately confirmed to Essence that those "talks" with the studio have since fallen through. “I guess I'll declare my independence from this rumor on 4th of July [and] Essence weekend!” said DuVernay, today. “I'm not signing on to direct Black Panther. I think I’ll just say we had different ideas about what the story would be. Marvel has a certain way of doing things and I think they’re fantastic and a lot of people love what they do. I loved that they reached out to me.” Ava DuVernay also confirmed meeting with the star of the Black Panther film, Chadwick Boseman, who is currently filming for the character's cinematic debut in Captain America: Civil War. “I loved meeting Chadwick and writers and all the Marvel execs,” she said. “In the end, it comes down to story and perspective. And we just didn't see eye to eye. Better for me to realize that now than cite creative differences later.” A seeming nod to the Ant-Man split between Marvel and director Edgar Wright. Despite not signing on to helm Black Panther, DuVernay says she's still in support of the movie. “I love the character of Black Panther, the nation of Wakanda and all that that could be visually. I wish them well and will be first in line to see it," she said. What do you think? Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige recently confirmed meeting with Ava DuVernay among several other filmmakers. And despite today's unfortunate news, the producer also said we should find out who is directing Black Panther by the end of the summer.
I only recently learned about this character. He features heavily in their simulator movie and he had me mesmorized in every scene he appeared. Love that they are making a movie starring him.
