I think what a lot of people don't get is when you have a organization whose purpose is to address racial issues as it pertains to black people, a group for the most part mistrustful of white people/white culture it really doesn't help to heal the wounds by a white person passing themselves off as black to head such an organization. Yes I know it wasn't specifically for that job but none the less it confirms a lot suspicions a lot of us don't want to have in the first place.

Spokane is 200k population so 4k is 2%of the population...I didn't even think it was that big...there is not much there...you realize that Spokane is on the Idaho border...without a fairly well know university you are not going to have a lot of blacks gravitate to this area...
