I would also add that there are some cultural norms, even across Diaspora groups, and some biological/genetic aspects to it as well, that are just as important in defining identity beyond what is visible to the naked eye.

That would definitely be thought-provoking. I'd be interested to see what it means to others on the forum, as well as 'whiteness'.
