I think it was a black chick

I couldn't imagine the outrage if she were white

True POJ,Sean Hannity would be much more upset if that girl was White since he for the third year sent Ainsley Earhardt to that Florida town. In fact he is going to talk about it again tonight.

I think the outrage would be based on whether the male rapists we re black or white, more than the color of the woman.

I don't know what to say about this incident

I feel like it's absolutely deplorable that people would stand by and watch an unconscious women being raped, let alone being gang raped.

its absolutely disgusting that nobody helped her

I also feel there are interesting arguments based on the race of the woman versus the race of the men

but I have to say I think that society in general just doesn't care anymore or doesn't want to get involved for whatever reason so they will just willingly stand by and spectate based off of the entertainment value

    it's disgusting to me

People watch and laugh as cops get beat up by random thugs

You think they care about a regular person?

    nope.

Society as a whole is so detached from doing what's right and taking care of each other and it's really very sad

This is the worst part about the story. She can not even fell that she can report the rape.
And the men know that as she is drunk, they will get away with it.

Statistics show many women (and men) are raped and never report it. These stats are complied from second-hand interviews(not from police).
.Many don't report out of fear, shame, denial, not being believed. Rape is very ugly.

and now, with phone technology- as in this case - you may also have the added indignity of being recorded and posted on social media.

So true. That didnt occur to me. Takes the indignity and brutality to a whole other level.
That's what they did in the Stubenville case. Drugged and raped her and passed the pics around. That's how they got caught. Sickening.

Those boys got caught because of their stupidity, and enboldened attitude. Plus, they got snitched thinking like some said no one will do anything to stop them. Even if buzzed they should tell them to stop or call the cops. It is shameful no one got involved.
