UVA student victim of excessive by authorities ?

another excessive force case against a bm. whats unique is the lack of talking points for the conservative commentators.

example....he has a criminal backround , he was committing a crime.

well hes a student at UVA who is extremely active in different organizations .

was he committing a crime? on st. patricks day he was alledgelly trying to get in a bar with a fake id and was drunk.

According to the witnesses, the young man wasn't drunk or disorderly. One of the witnesses yelled out to the officers, "DUDE, HIS HEAD IS BLEEDING!" These cops got overzealous. I remember small incidents like that happening to me on a couple of occasions. A friend of mine(who happened to be white) was trying to talk to a black kid. He accused the kid of being from Morristown, N.J. and of attacking him. The black kid(whom we soon learned was just out of basic training in the Marines) got very angry and he and two of his friends were going to jump my friend. Me and others did our best to seperate them. The police came and then I tried to tell them that everything was okay. The cop shoved me over to the black kid and his friends. I wasn't even with them, but the cop thought it was where I belonged. I moved over to my friend's side. We were told to leave the area. We all did and that was the end of it.

I was detained because a store was robbed. I proved my innocence and they let me go.

I was always on guard when it came to police.

Cue the comments about "defective black culture", with its emphasis on drinking and partying.

 

good thing is that wp spoke up and said that HE WASNT doing anything.
