    I believe it is upwards of over 80% of affirmative actions hires and cases are white women. I think certain ideologies with certain lobbyists continue to try to convince the public that white women suffer as much as black people and pretty much every other group of POC. But, it is what it is.

    I suppose if we listen to Patricia Arquette and the millions like her, we should stop focusing on ourselves and focus on helping the privileged. But, it is what it is.
