What exactly is going through this cop's mind???
It's shocking to see how easily this cop went into kill mode for no damn reason at all.
No yelling for the suspect to stop. Nothing.

Suspect runs. Suspect shot and killed like a rabid dog.

Yeah, we posted it and were discussing it in the Govt Cop/Thug Cop thread last night.

As l said there...What happened to foot chases? It's very sad and the cop's arrest for murder is the correct move. Thank God for the video.

If it weren't for the video, another murder would be 'justified' and many people would be quick to believe the police officer's testimony and only his alone.

  4. Can you imagine the atmosphere the country will have if he gets convicted and sentenced to death. This right here literally could historical. I have my doubts about whether or not justice will be served but still this case could change alot of things in this country.

If Rodney King happened today in the current climate, do you think all those cops would have gotten off with use of justifiable force??

For some reason I feel like LAPD was more corrupt in the 1980s-90s than today, but that might be the perspective of distance since I live on the opposite coast.

When you look at the footage Rodney King footage now, it's just so crazy how some folks were like, 'what's the problem??':butthead:

The worst thing about this video and no one has really spoken on it is how fucking easy it was for him to just kill that man and instinctively run back to get the taser to plant on him like it was business as usual. How often is this shit happening? Smh

    He has done it before...

Same officer exonerated in a previous taser incident against another unarmed Black man. Why not kill this time? He got away with it the last time...

Shine the light against the Man, Cockroaches all of them...Put in authority and abusing it. Federal Penitentiary is too good for him. Put him in isolation forever or in general population in a minimum security prison. See how he likes it when he gets beaten to death...

I won't feel sorry for that cop if he ends up with the death penalty.

    What a scumbag.

Thank God for that video. He won't be in a position to ever do that again.

Heartbreaking. Saw the mother weep as she said she expected her son to bury her not her burying him. Tragic. The War on Black Men Saga continues....

I agree with everything you said, but I have to ask: under what circumstances would it be a good idea to run from the police? Why would a 50 yr old former military officer do that?

    I'm going with never.......

I'm willing to assume that in most cases, people aren't running from cops unless they're doing dirty

Fear? With the frequency in which bm are killed by figures of authority in this country, I can understand how common sense could have escaped him in that moment. Running may not be your reaction to fear but for some reason, on this particular day, it was likely his. Incredibly sad that it cost him his life.

Exactly the perception that these dirty cops are hoping for.

Possibly. I thought about that too. That's why I mentioned his age and background. Not like he was a scared, naive teenager.

Why shoot a man in the back?

Why would a police officer do that?

Don't put all the blame on the victim, you boot-licking war loving animal.
