So who copped that to Pimp A Butterfly??? I've slept on it this whole time and I regret it simply because I've been listening to some critics and never gave it a chance. The entire album is about black empowerment and it is without a doubt afro-centralized from start to finish so no wonder certain critics would hate it. What do you think about it?
"By the time you hear the next pop, the funk shall be within you." Mods or Webbie please put my man's thread in the Media Section for those of us who may have something to contribute to it. Thank You.
naaa don't worry about it You are new. I actually liked lamar's drink single. I liked his creativity. So few rappers have it nowadays. reminds me of the 80's when they told a story. I might go out and listen to it on youtube and then buy it. I sort of stopped caring about him once he got into some small squabble.
It all made sense..........then I found out his girl was even lighter than me He's taken some flak for this on other sites It's like the pro-black everything, 'chocolate milk in my cereal' guys here on a site dedicated to wwbm
Nothing wrong with breaking mental chainz that still hold us back in a world that trashes everything we do good or bad.
