Cries like a baby. Aww, hope he gets reamed and rammed in jail...someone tape and upload it to the jail pornary. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ge-porn-site-operator-sentenced-18-years.html Cowardly' revenge porn site operator breaks down in tears as he is sentenced to 18 YEARS for publishing thousands of nude photos online and charging women $350 EACH to remove them
He's white....he'll only do a nickel Not sure why he's crying tho....surely he knew what he was doing was wrong and hurting OTHER people
As did the scores of scorned and vintictive POS men who provided him the vids and pics. They are next!
Vindictive people suck I agree they should be held accountable too...but just like punishing piracy, it's easier to go after the few people in charge rather than go after the hundreds or thousands of contributors
Well yeah that's probably easier I'm pretty hesitant when it comes to giving out personal photos or putting myself in a position to have them taken Blame it on the internet....just makes it so much easier to destroy people
You shouldn't be. There are laws to deal with people like that. But l feel you. Well this guy tried to destroy many others and look where he's going.
Still...the damage is done, laws or not I mean part of me has a porn star mentality and loves gigolo status, but the other half wants to keep up professional appearances God we used to joke about seeing one of our managers on plenty of fish or something...imagine the chaos of finding them naked in vulnerable positions lol
Honestly, l feel you. Things like when your professional life is damaged as a result..you might lose some respect from your subordinates, but suing the offender for everything they own will at least offer some comfort.
Props for breaking the news on this one Bliss. But here is a 'proper' link: http://nypost.com/2015/04/04/revenge-porn-site-operator-gets-18-years-for-identity-theft/ Don't mention it. (The new guy)
Biased much, there were countless men posted on the site by women as well.... Anyway, it was a cool site and I enjoyed the fuckery while it lasted.
That poor man simply hosting a site.It wasn't his fault that jilted lovers wanted to post nudes. any how, the jilted lovers can go back to posting it on other websites. The circle of life continues. You can't stop the internet ... You can only hope to contain it.
Basically lol Anytime you try to stop illegal activities, you open a can of worms The government and the ISPs could end all the bullshit through transparency and tougher regulation, but who wants to sacrifice privacy for safety Imagine having your internet activity audited randomly every month
Exactly. He's a slimy cat, but all he really did was create a web portal for what people were doing already. If it wasn't a crime for individuals to posts pics of exes, to me it seems excessive that he got 18 years. However his business model, charging victims $350 to have content removed is bullshit. That's mobster. The kind of shit that gets you jumped and beat down going to your car after work, which I'm surprised never happened to him. Giving out nude pics with your face in them is always tricky. Put on a wig and shades, or turn your head to the side to give yourself plausible deniability.:smt023 Having a bunch of unique tats is just telling on yourself.
Poor man? Did you read the story? He charged women money to remove it. That's extortion. He also continued to violate their privacy by publishing their private information. Posting on other sites...good luck with that....Hunter Moore is next. These parasites are going down.
whats funny ...despite millions using dating sites people kinda chuckle at it. my response would be "so u saw me on plrnty of fish huh and yet u got jokes?" but yeah im not a fan of putting my pics on the net. theres a law (i think) once its on the net its public domain so a business can use it in an ad. not sure tho.
Seriously? Hoping that someone gets raped in prison? No. Just...just no. He probably won't even do more than a third of that and I don't know how I feel about that. On the one hand he had a pretty big hand in fucking up a lot of women's lives and charging them for it. And putting people's real names and addresses is extra makes him an extra shitty person. On the other hand, he probably won't even serve a third of that actual sentence and the judge probably knows that, I wonder if he's going to have to register as a sex offender? As much as I hate the SO registry that would actually seem kind of fair in this case.
This happened years ago before everyone and their mother had Facebook accounts.....you know....when having profiles of yourself online in any capacity was kinda 'weird' and unheard of I'd still assume that a nice chunk of people currently view others who use dating sites as real-life losers with an inability to score Which is weird because you see lots of very attractive people on dating sites
What?? Show me where l said rape? l was analogizing the same thing he encouraged. How would he like his sexual activities taped then shared around the jailed
I'm pretty sure that is not a solid law. You basically own your image...The laws are complex and catching up..and vary from State to State. I've read many different stories that call on different privacy and protection laws as well as public domain laws. Also altering and misrepresenting images.
