He's been pretty upfront about it. This is just a way to get huge national exposure rather than a serious Presidential run.

If he decided to take his case to court, he'd likely win based on the ambiguous constitutional interpretation of his citizenry, which is being born to American parents and immediately being naturalized upon birth. Which is what Cruz was.

However, keep in mind, every questioning Republican that asumed Obama was born in Kenya, would then have to concede Obama is entitled to the same constitutional acknowledgment, since he too was naturalized as a baby and born to American parents.
