Why does it have to be some ulterior motive? Recognizing that the struggles aren't similar doesn't mean the men have "motives". Nor does it mean that they don't recognize and sympathize with the struggles ww (all women) deal with. TDK has mentioned a hundred times how shitty he thinks it is that women can't walk alone without feeling unsafe. It's not a matter of not recognizing the suffering of women, it's about understanding that our suffering is not the same as bm. It's nothing to measure or compare, it's apples and oranges. I'll never know what's it's like to be judged based on the color of my skin, just like you'll likely never know the fear of walking down the street with a man behind you getting eerily closer and there's no one else around. Orejon and Beasty both agreed as well...are they also the usual suspect with motives? I'm a female and I agree with them. What are my motives? I think it's rude to throw the "motives" jab when it's so far from the truth.

 

It's clear what his motives are. Throw me under the bus to gain favor with.... whoever. Like you mentioned I'm not the only one thinking this way yet somehow I'm the only one with an agenda lol
