Like maybe a day not counting certain days in Jamaica all we had was tea and hard dough bread or bulla cake. I'm gonna try the juice thing sounds interesting
I've been on two meals a day for a few weeks now, usually fruit, eggs/yogurt and coffee for breakfast and a large dinner, trying to cut down my caloric intake, especially carbs. I might try the juice deal for a change.
Omg really? How do you function? BTW that juice was great for pre workout. I benched 295 with no help three times. Could have went heavier. There's something to this juicing
Impressive. What does it consist of? Juices and Protein mixes only? 1 meal a day? How do you keep your caloric intake up?
I'm not hungry. It's a bit boring and I am starting to miss food but it's easy enough to do if you just focus on the moment rather than thinking the length of time involved. You lack a bit of instant dynamic energy but you can still train including intensive Spinning or Weights without issue really.
