Dude that's horse shit it's not all cops. A lot do it and too many stay silent but I'm most encounters with the cops people go home. I agree often times they Fuck up but so do some black people and I don't want to be lumped in with bad ones anymore than you do. Which is why I can't logically say all cops

Dude its not a chip when there are examples after examples supporting the statement. Are people at home plotting the demise of blacks? Probably not, but there is clear distrust and dismissal of black lives as a whole. 2000 get mass murdered and barely any news coverage? That's either total dismissal or total dislike my friend.
Not to mention the public support of police brutality to black bodies even when the victims are children. Take a look at popular Chinese and Latin culture and see how they view the black body. Nearly all cultures treat people with darker hues like absolute shit. Even you light skin.
