Thanks for the recommendation. Z nation is pretty good. too early for me to tstate if I like it better than the walking dead but so far season one has got me unlike what happened with the walking dead.

He shouldn't have asked you that to begin with..even if you were white, you should feel free to play as any character that you want without fools asking 'why you picked the black guy'

I made a black toon for destiny (it's kinda recent right) and so far no ones called me out

I also made a black character for nba2k14 to play online....but like I said...the servers were full of other black guys...it was kinda refreshing to find lots of brothas to game with, without the usual white supremacists ruining shit for everyone

But yeah long story short, the anti-black shit is real

Whenever I can, I try to host games instead of joining other servers. That way, I can moderate and remove the guys who take it too far. Lots of people simply refuse to use voice chat...but why should you deny yourself something that does make gaming better when you're with the right people?

 

Damn, ya'll make me want to start gaming just so I can start trouble. ...lol

 

I'm getting close to finishing season 1. No where near as good as the walking dead. They come at you hard on episode 1 then slowly disappoint.

 

I stopped at episode 6 or 7

I'll start it up again

Stick with it. It has a couple of blah episodes, but it picks back up with some interesting events and plot points. Don't try comparing to TWD. Think of it as just dumb fun.

Fox needs to do a reboot/revival of Space : Above & Beyond IMO. The show had that reboot Battlestar Galactica feel to it in a way and that was way before Galactica was even in the works.
