I fully intend to participate in shirtless Friday but I need to run about 1000 miles and do about 40,000 sit-ups first.

The games on there are plentiful.

As for the site itself....it underwent many revisions since it's inception, but the basic premise is still there, connecting with friends and later, family, relatives, and even pages of your liking. It's a bit messy still, but it's a good site to get connected, and reconnected with those you miss.

I think Facebook is a good thing. It's a great way to stay connected, and even find old friends. Many naysayers against FB, and other social networking often cite privacy as their reasons. As an IT professional, I simply advise people to not put up information that they'd like to remain private, use the pricacy settings, and to not accept friend requests from unknown people

I love the groups I'm in on FB. Great discussions, met some fun people and haters are usually dealt with quickly. Plus I'm in some groups that deal with interests or passions of mine, like Paleo cooking, old school music and collecting vintage kitchen collectibles, so they're informative as well as fun.

I like the groups, local area facebays are very handy for buying and selling :)

Also it's nice to keep up to date with people you don't see face to face that much, like my Nieces both away at Uni having a wail of a time.

Shirtless Friday is always a highlight for me. ;)

Like everything there is always going to be something irritating, I've already mentioned this in another thread, but the over sharers and posting pics of breakfast lunch and dinner irks me no end.
Oh and facebook rows or cryptic status's "blows raspberry" and general shitty attention seeking stuff is a nuisance. :D

Overall I find it useful, but I keep my friends list down to a smallish scale (153) compared to some.

Dishes, mostly. Started with Depression ware and Jadeite, swanky swigs, etc., and my new passion is Pyrex. I like stuff made in the early to mid-1900's.

I keep my friends list to people I know or that I chat with on a somewhat regular basis. Not into collecting "friends."

I wish I lived over there, I want to go too, one of my favourite things is going to the bootfair at the crack of dawn on a Sunday in the summer months and seeing what I can find, my idea of real fun!

I would love to do some furniture restoration ie re-upholster but at the moment I'm stuck for space and my Garage is filled with precious things and stock already, but I might be moving to a bigger property 4 doors down from me in the new year so my wish may come true lol

I would love to move to the middle of nowhere (more so than now) with a massive outbuilding workshop ahh dreams.
