Do you guys think an older woman/younger man relationship could ever be serious and lasting? Share your opinions.

IMO from my own experience and learning about other people's older woman/younger man relationships, I believe these type of relationships are best suited for casual and non-exclusive relationships.

Cool, have you ever dated a younger man before FG?

Yes I have. But mainly the differences in wanting children is a huge issue. And older women needs to be respectful off that when dating younger men. They may want that in the future and most older women are passed that.

I agree. I've been seeing two older women lately and eventually they are gonna want a kid. I can not see myself having a child at this point in my life and this is one of the reasons why I am prepared for either relationship not to last long. But seeing older women is quite fun though! :)

Lol. I think we are speaking different in terms of older women. Read my responds again.

Nah. We are on the same page. :)

Another issue is when the older woman tries to be a "mommy figure" to the younger man. This is a big no-no, have you ever tried to "mommy" the younger man you were seeing?

Nope, not even on the same page. Totally opposite. Read again. And no, I have not. I don't want to be anyone's mother, but that is probably because you and I define 'olderwomen' differently. In your case, I say , yes, it can work. In my case, no.

ok I see, so your definition of older women is women passed menopause, right?

No, when do you think menopause happens? I meant women that had childer already and don't want more. That can happen way before your menopause

Oh ok well you should of stated that clearly in your first response then. And yeah a woman that has kids already and doesn't want anymore would be an issue to if the man wants kids.

I thought that was obvious by my first response as I was talking about older women not WANTING to have kids. Lmao.
You may want to define what you mean with 'older women' and I'm curious when you think women hit menopause.

I meant a woman in her 30s or older dating a man in his 20s. Women usually hit menopause around the ages of 45-55, is that clear enough for ya young lady? ;-)

So you see the fallacy in your own original statement then. You are talking about older women who wants kids. Not women in their 45-55.. Now we can move forward.

. As I said before, in your case, it can work, as the woman can wait. I'm my case, not an option

Well next time you should re-check what you post so you could be clear with no typing errors just so I can decipher what you are saying. Also imo, depending on where the man and woman are in their lives, it might or might not work. I.e. if a 50 year old woman is dating a 35 year old man and she wants children now and he wants children when he's in his late 40s then that's not gonna work.
