I question things or, as a WW woman, I don't automatically adopt the popular opinion of many of the men here, because I want to understand a situation or interpret facts rather than opinions, I'm labeled as foul or suspect. Or, as Medulla charged, "I'm the kind of WW who likes to keep BM in cages and only let them out when I want to be serviced." Really??!!!

Anyone who interprets my comments as anything foul, deliberately chooses to do so. Had anyone else (save for a couple of people) made this comment, I would be offended. But considering the source, all I can do is laugh.

As far as Pandering goes...I don't know anyone that doesn't pander to higher ups or clients for that matter...regardless of race...if someone is your boss or head of the company there is a certain amount of pandering

Funny thing, I never call my manager my 'boss' or 'owner'. He is my manager. I have a co-worker who calls our "superiors" sir or ma'am. To me, they're Rob, Mike, Suzan and Bill.

He attempted to laugh it off, but it created an extremely uncomfortable environment of teeth sucking, *ouches* and *wow*. I don't remember my exact response, but I assure you I didn't just laugh it off.

That said, I realize my post was a little long-winded, but I stated that if you choose to work in a corporate environment, then you have to abide to rules and policies set forth by your company as long as they apply equally to everybody. That is not what I consider pandering.

What I'm saying is that it is 510% completely wrong when Arch tells TDK to abandon his convictions in order to be accepted. If TDK has personal views on Ferguson, he should be able to hold those... he should be able to participate in Occupy Wallstreet or Trayvon Martin rallies and not be judged by his peers (or superiors as Arch views them). His personal life and personal views are his own and should not require conformity to others views for progress in his professional life.
