A civil lawsuit is a given.

Per the Feds, how is the bar higher? It's my understanding that a violation of Brown's civil rights is what the DOJ were gunning for. That isn't hard to prove, right?

Justice Department investigators have all but concluded they do not have a strong enough case to bring civil rights charges against Darren Wilson, the white police officer who shot and killed an unarmed black teenager in Ferguson, Mo., law enforcement officials said.

basically, the DOJ has to prove that Mr. Wilson did what he did because Mr. Brown was black. Hard to prove that. He didn't say anything racial. One could say that he would have been a asshole if Mike brown was white.

I'm not saying I believe that but the defense could say that in a nicer way than I have mentioned.

Angel, how in the hell do you know what I care about dude. ..You can't speak for me man....What I said was measured and I said what I wanted to say......Regardless of what you say, you will never be able to draw a definitive line as to where and how many peaceful protesters were out there tonight....they had to know who and what was being prepared around them. ...I just struggle with shame that the country and the world expect this disorderly shit from us when we don't agree with an independent jury. ..... ...Furthermore , there is a number of bright, wise well written brothers on this forum who tell you that shit we witnessed tonight in the destruction of Ferguson somewhat justified. ..

You can't draw the line between peaceful protestors and looters either but it doesn't stop you from using that shit filled wide brush of yours.
And black people need not be ashamed the rest of the world does, our country does. How fucking long will we have to beg and plead for basic human rights. Peaceful protest is now a reason for tanks and tear gas? We should just accept that any interaction with the police could end our lives?
You sir should be ashamed of yourself, you seem to want us to grovel and beg for the right to be considered human beings. Arch on a very serious note I have watched your ass kissing for years and when it comes down to it one day your life can be stopped simply because of your skin tone. The same bs you support can rip you away from your loved ones. Meditate on that.

saying how "we protest" doesn't help.

I never spoke for you. I just pointed out that you don't care about discriminating between protester and rioter given what you have typed. It is not that hard to tell between a peaceful protester and a rioter. I certainly could tell between the two if I was watching it on tv or in person. If they are holding signs and not committing crimes. Peaceful protester. If they are committing crimes such as stealing and smashing up crap, rioter. There is a definitive line. Smearing the lines does a disservice to those who are protesting peacefully. I grew tired of correcting because I know you know the difference. I know you could tell between the two but I haven't seen much evidence to show that you care to.

The tv stations are on a complete different level of problems. They operate on ratings not on images.

My hope out of this mess one day society will figure out what we have been screaming for years their is a difference between black people and niggas,

arch for your sanity,, think on this, cops arrest 4 whites for cooking meth, some white person reads the story and thinks 4 idiots the news reports it as 4 idiots arrested for cooking meth,,
when black people are arrested the media paints every black american as that potential criminal and in turn continues to put that thought process in white peoples mind, my sister in law is raising kids in rural tn meth is rampant ,,
they go to school with kids who parents get arrested for it, but those kids actually gave me the hey uncle you aren't like any bm we ever met.

I'm still waiting on the one story to portray all white people as meth addicts here

It's the promotion of the idea of white supremacy. Plain and simple.

    Basically

It's like saying blacks commit the most crimes or throwing out the black on black crime line

Anything to justify supremacy over a group of people will do

-----Separation-----Separation-----We have to find a way to discontinue White law enforcement officers attempting to police blacks......Blacks should either be NOT be policed AT ALL or should be allowed to police themselves. ....The rest of the country should invest in the immediate increase of black officers, black prosecutors, black juries and black judges to administer black justice. ...integrated policing is not working and should be discontinued....black victimization should first be investigated by black officials....white victimization likewise. ....however the perpetrators of interracial victimization will continue to be opened to the maximum possible repercussion with the minimal afforded protections......Many blacks still intensely dislike and do not understand the white power structure and the established dissemination of justice and therefore integration is not a workable model them....Separation is the solution. ....

Not sure if this is satire or not, but if it is not, you do realize "separate but equal" has already been tried before and failed miserably right?

Darren Wilson tells ABC he has a ‘clean conscience,’ and would shoot Michael Brown again

    http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/11/...nscience-and-would-shoot-michael-brown-again/

Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson insisted on Tuesday that he had no other choice than to fatally shoot unarmed teen Michael Brown, and that he would do it again.

In a preview of an interview that will be aired later on Tuesday evening, Wilson told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that he never shot towards Brown’s back. And Wilson said that he feared for his life because the teen reached into his car, and grabbed for his gun.

Wilson said that he was sorry that Brown had died, but “he would not do anything differently that day,” according to Stephanopoulos. “He did what he was trained to do. He was simply doing his job.”

The ABC News host asked Wilson if things “would have gone down any differently if Michael Brown were white.”

“Absolutely not,” Wilson reportedly replied, adding that he had a “clean conscience.”

Jezebel’s Kate Dries, who first pointed out details of the interview, asserted that “racist tendencies are so deeply ingrained in Darren Wilson’s mind that he can’t even acknowledge them.”

I would be interested in what you think of one of our school's professors who remarked that the prosecutor's conduct of the grand jury process was more like the officer's defense attorney than a prosecutor.

    These stats make it clear.
