Would you give her jail time

    Would I give her jail time? If I were a judge(which I am not), I'd give her 5 years in jail or 5 years of community service.

    Her story will no doubt be a segment on Investigation Discovery's show Young, Hot & Crooked.

    If by jail time you mean 25 to life at my house, absolutely I'd give her jail time
