Just reading some of the stuff on Cosby saddens me. One of the accuser says she was 17 living with him when he raped her repeatedly. If he did he certainly is a pig and a monster. if this happened to the ladies, feel ver bad for them, hope they find a place to heal from the scar of this trauma.

I feel sorry for him, is this what his legacy gonna be, what a shame!

The accusers are WW, just what we need, to give more bone to racist fucks to fuel the fire. If you can't trust a good ole jolly BM like Cosby then.....

This is why I have such a difficult time believing this shit. Since when do bm EVER getaway with raping a ww. Especially when they report him. Even if you want to argue that his fame shielded him from prosecution (funny didn't do that for Kobe in early 2000s) its never brought up as a story? A trail of pretty ww being forced to have sex with a bm? Idk man I just don't know.

I don't care how famous you are, it defies belief that a BM could rape WW in the '70s and '80s and get away with it.

When someone accuses you of a sex crime, however, you do not pay them hush money. That's what really fuck this whole thing up Mr. Jell-O.

What about Michael Jackson he paid hush money and one of his victims came forward after he died saying that his family made him do it

    What race card?
You're going to deny that the law doesn't fuck around when there's a white victim especially when its a black perp?

    Buress*

The story got picked up after a set that Buress did, but all of this dirt on Cosby was apparently well-known by people in the industry for years.

Just like how people in the NBA community knew that Donald Sterling was a bigot and a slum lord for decades before his girlfriend released those tapes.

It's a known FACT that bm have been sent upriver for the rapes of women (including ww) that they didn't commit, even when there was little or no real evidence to support it. To dismiss the possibility, however small it may be, that this is yet another incident like that is very ignorant

Just google innocence project, DNA exonerations, or just gotdamn use google period, and ull see how corrupt the system has been when it came to screwing over bm (other men have been exonerated or freed, but it's MAINLY bm) because it could

Rapes happen...no ones going to argue that....but people are in prison for crimes they didn't commit. Don't be THAT guy who says otherwise

Again, if u don't use google to educate yourself, there's no point in further debate

    Damn

No, it's not hush money perse. But, rather the cheapest route. A case like that could have cost him much more money in legal fees and what not. Plus, if he was cheating on his wife, all the details come out. So, its cheaper to just settle while admitting no wrong doing.

Often, its cheaper to throw a little money at the problem in return for the convenience of expediousy and a nondisclosure agreement. With millions of dollars on the line, your attorney will advise you not to get into a prolonged legal battle. And, as we see, the public forgot all about that shit anyways. That is until all this came up.

There's a large segment of people (some of them on this very board) who sleep comfortably in their beds, knowing that the justice system usually gets it right, so they have no fear of SWAT knocking down their doors

But then there's a small minority of people who don't have that same conscience (or lack thereof) and literally will not stop until they see wrongful convictions go away

As a bm in this country, you have a higher chance at being sent to jail for several years (JAIL people!!) for nothing, than any other group

    Wake the fuck up
